Excellent Place to do Business: The entire staff (yes, dogs too!) at Vespa Hartford was excellent in dealing with me as an "older", first-time scooter purchaser. They allowed me to test drive different models, and after I narrowed the choices, they offered explanations and advice (a very scooter-savvy group of people!) as to which model they thought best for me. Service has been very good, and my scooter is outfitted with all the accessories I wanted without waiting for parts availability. I wish everyone at Vespa Hartford great success. You deserve it!
